QUESTIONS TIME!

 

  1. Where do we ship?

    Currently we only support Hong Kong domestic shipping, if you are interested to our product and you lived outside Hong Kong, send us an email and see what we can do for you!


  2. How long does the shipping take?

    Every order is hand-packed by THIALH London team.
    We ship all orders from Monday to Friday (no weekends). All orders are shipped by SF Express and should arrive within 2 – 4 business days. (Except for Lantau Island)
    All the order will be reviewed by our stuff and shipped the product within 2 business days (After the confirmation email has been sent).


  3. Where do all orders ship from?

    All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.


  4. Can I track my shipment?

    Yes, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us containing a tracking code shortly after your order is processed. You may track your shipment on our logistic partner’s website.


  5. Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed?

    We are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’ve been placed. Our team works quickly to fulfill orders so we can get your Jewellery to you as soon as possible. If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address or need to cancel your order, please reach out within 1 hour of order placement by contacting us at customercare_hk@thialh.com. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot make any guarantees.
    If you miss the deadline, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt. (Terms and Conditions Applied)


  6. Can I apply a promo code after the order has been placed?

    We cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.
